Shipping & Insurance

Shipments travel insured in transit. The basis of cover, the value insured, and whether the cost sits with the house or the client are awaiting client detail.

A signature is required upon delivery. We are unable to authorize delivery to unattended addresses, parcel lockers, or third-party mailrooms without prior written arrangement.

Pieces are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. No reference to Elenatti & Co, the contents, or their value appears on the exterior of any parcel. The presentation box and any care documentation are enclosed within.

• Dispatch window for in-stock pieces — awaiting client detail.
• Made-to-order and bespoke commissions are dispatched upon completion, in accordance with the timeline agreed at the time of order.
• Resized or altered pieces are dispatched once the work has been inspected and approved by our workshop.

The list of destinations the house ships to is awaiting client detail. Any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price. These amounts are determined by local authorities and cannot be estimated in advance by the house.

Certain destinations may be restricted due to sanctions, carrier limitations, or insurance constraints. If a destination cannot be served, our client care team will advise alternative arrangements at the time of order.

Where documentation accompanies a piece, it may for security reasons be shipped separately from the piece itself and arrive on a different day. What documentation is provided with a given piece is awaiting client detail.
